The Challenge

After more than a decade on Broadway in Saskatoon, LifeCycle Spin Studio made the bold decision to relocate across the city to Brighton.

The risk wasn't just geographic. It was relational. They had built a loyal, community-driven client base over 10+ years. Moving locations introduced a real concern: Would clients follow them? Would class attendance drop? Would they have to rebuild momentum from scratch?

Without a clear visual narrative and consistent communication, even the most loyal communities can drift.
