Dutch Growers Saskatoon — Choc’laCure Gala
The Client and Context
Transform a single charity gala evening into a permanent visual asset that drives future attendance, sponsorship, and fundraising.
The Communication Challenge
The Choc'laCure Gala is one of Saskatoon's most anticipated charity events, bringing together community leaders, businesses, and donors to support cancer care across Saskatchewan. But like most events, its impact was at risk of being short-lived. Once the night ended, the atmosphere disappeared, the experience couldn't be shared, and future sponsors and attendees had no way to fully understand what they had missed.
The client needed a way to extend the value of the event beyond the room.
Strategy and Production Approach
We approached this as more than event coverage. The goal was to transform a single evening into a long-term visual asset that drives future attendance, sponsorship, and fundraising. We captured the full experience from start to finish: cocktail hour and guest arrival, vendor and experience showcases, the Dutch Growers greenhouse transformation into a luxury gala environment, and the main event runway show.
