LifeCycle Spin Studio
The Client and Context
Build a strategic video content system to carry an established fitness community through a high-risk studio relocation with zero membership loss.
The Communication Challenge
After more than a decade on Broadway in Saskatoon, LifeCycle Spin Studio made the bold decision to relocate across the city to Brighton. The risk wasn't just geographic. It was relational. They had built a loyal, community-driven client base over ten years. Moving locations introduced a real concern: would clients follow them? Would class attendance drop? Would they have to rebuild momentum from scratch?
The studio needed to make the transition feel exciting and certain, not uncertain.
Strategy and Production Approach
We didn't just create a video. We built a strategic content ecosystem designed to carry their community with them. The focus was simple: reinforce trust, showcase experience, and make the transition feel exciting, not uncertain. Every piece of content was designed to answer the question members were asking: is this still going to be worth it?
